The minimum expectation from the Arsenal board was for me to qualify for Champions League in the Premiership and my personal minimum expectation was for me to be at least 2nd place.

The first team I have chosen for me to manage are Arsenal. I have chosen them because firstly I’m a Gooner and secondly because I believe that Arsenal don’t have enough quality players to win the Premiership or the Champions League. Arsenal have a good team however I believe that they lack quality in some areas.
